Brian Kesinger. He's actually very well established and well known, having worked on several Disney movies already, but I bought a print of his from this little steam-punk store in Burbank called Clockwork Couture [It's actually a really fun place, that doubles as a cat adoption facility haha] and I'm in love with it.
